Ocean City, Avalon, Stone Harbor home owners paradise. Wildwood rental property, or as our Mayor would say, rateables. As for the year round residents, move. Our property is worth more than we are, rateables. And the full time homeowner is not in the rateable equation. More money can be made through our property. Isn't this the thinking of our elected officials? In other words, Wildwood is a money making enterprise. Isn't that right Mr. Mayor?
