BID & SID,are owned/operated by whom? And why does the city of WW,approve the budget? Also,where are BID/SID office? If these 2 businesses are supposed to come up with solutions to the boardwalk & Pacific Ave.,why did the taxpayers of the county of CM,give WW,3million dollars? Seems,like whom ever is the owner/operator of these businesses isn't doing their job but, taking money for salaries. Wake up taxpayers. It's your $$
