Why did it take the county of Cape May commissioners to start a study in Fare Free after a senior brought up issues? Where was the commissioner that is the overseer of that department? Better yet,why doesn't the commissioner ask the drivers/ riders what the issues are? Maybe it is time for a change in that department starting at the top.
