I just read Great News, the ineffective Army Corp of Engineers is taking more of our hard earned money to pump sand onto eroded beaches in Strathmere.The Army corp and their brilliant engineers have been doing same thing on our beaches since 1963 with same negative results.The sand pumped on our beaches ends up in Wildwood or in our inshore waterways choking them . Problem could be solved by building rock jetties in our Cape May County inlets to change the tidal flow. But of course that would curtail the flow of tax dollars to Army Corp of Engineers. Sit back and watch tax dollars flow south
