Years ago, I was asked by a bank teller why I don't use the ATM to make my deposits, etc. My reply was, "I don't want to see a machine replace your job". Sadly, she has been replaced by an ATM and there is no longer a drive-up window at my favorite bank either. Sure, machines are convenient, but there is nothing better than saying hello to another human either.
