I would love to know why the homeless guy in the Villas is still allowed the sleep,in his black car and keep his loud obnoxious endless noise for hours to heat the car?This has been going on for months.He also leaves his dog lose,aggressive dog to come after my dog and myself,I can't as a taxpayer walk my dog and feel safe.
