Bayshore road in the Villas could be a cute, nice walkable pedestrian Main Street where people catch the bus, cross over to the other end of the neighborhood, and might feel more open to developing the vacant commercial properties but they’re letting it become a highway that’s impossible to cross and not nice to walk along. Put up more lights. Slow those cars down pls.
