When Shawcrest was sold to a national corporation the "family island" has turned into anything but. Rates up 18% in one year (2023), trash being picked up "when they can" causing several rat sightings, water being turned off for "necessary repairs" almost daily and, much higher rates for new people who buy lowering the sale value for the old owners of the trailers. Former owners,please come back and return Shawcrest back to our "family Island!
