To my Fellow north Cape May Neighbor: I agree. I am sick and tired of the, inconsiderate residents who don't take care of the leaves. Not only do I have to clean up their leaves but their trash and recyclables as well. They are the same , inconsiderate people on trash day that put their cans out days before it is collected, unsecured so everyone else can clean it up. Where's code enforcement when you need them.
