The Wildwoods, like many other South Jersery shore towns, are Barrier Islands that exists as nature's sacrificial land for storms. If you build or buy there, you do it at your own risk with Global Warming's rising tides putting a clock on usabliy of the land over the next 50 years. I am tired of my small govenment and low taxes loving neighbors looking to FEMA, the State or insurance companies to put a bandaid fix on thier tip of your melting iceberg problems. When you bought the cow, you know that the milk was souring, so stop complaining or blaming for flooded roads. Buy a kayak.
