Why is the city spending $300,000 on decorative benches for the boardwalk? You can’t sit on them where they are because of the gangs of kids that hang on them and terrorize families who try and walk on the Boardwalk. It only provides seating for those kids. Spend that money in more important things like the police mobile station in 2023 not 2024. The council president asking for the benches to be a priority is ludicrous ,the kids need to be priority.
