The commissions of CMC, take care of their retired friends with giving them jobs. So,the blue collar employees who work for a salary from the 1960's. The retirees make 6 figure salary w/o any qualifications &also, collects a pension. No wonder county residents can not get jobs because the jobs go to retirees & their friends who are all ready retired. Blue collar employees need to stick together & ask for increases in salary since the county has the funds.
