I just heard Mayor Mullock give credit to Council woman Baldwin for raising the funds for the arches that are to be erected on the promenade. As one of the donors I can tell you that is not true. The funds were raised by Fund of Cape May and the event was hosted by Curtis Bashaw at Congress Hall. Mrs. Baldwin is the liaison to this project but yet when questioned she has answered to nothing.
