Armed guards in Philly guarding gas stations with rifles!! Good for them, these liberal cities are a free for all for criminals. I'm retired from the military. I and many of my fellow retirees would be more than willing to guard any local business and take care of any problems that might arise. This country doesn't take advantage of it's many available resources.
