If your a parent in Lower whos recieving free schooling (preschool program, not kindergarten) Free transportation to and from school, free health care for your child( State Medicaid), free lunches(Tanf) and have an issue with the mandatory FLU vaccine for your child and your child not being allow to be in school unless they are vaccinated, Then you are the problem, simple as that. Then keep your child at home.This county pretty much bends over backwards for their residents, but some residents DON'T return the favor.
