Had a good laugh, Wildwood says they want to control the exhibition drivers, but if they barely enforce the current laws, what makes anyone think they will enforce any new laws. I see too many people on the boardwalk on bikes after hours , walking dogs etc, walking past boardwalk cops with not a word said from the cops.
