Well here I am as a resident of the City of Wildwood , just wondering if code enforcement issues violations on vacant buildings and occupied buildings. Violations for trash, construction debris unsafe structures or do the residents have to complain? The city of Wildwood's small code enforcement needs to be proactive and start writing warnings ,violations and fines. Time to get property owners to clean up and fix up their properties even the empty lots are trashed.
