The Wildwood comment on bringing the dormant ships from the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard to the Wildwood back bay area is brilliant. The ships would provide great housing for the newly arriving migrants not to mention that the migrants would also be a powerful workforce for Wildwood too. A winner for everyone.
