I've seen revitalized districts profit amazingly and turn areas of the city around from great artistic performance. Not that Cape May doesn't need it but if we can up the ante and commit to a lively community that offers great musical performance attracting more clients and raising the bar a few notches we all benefit from this value added feature to Washington Street Mall.
