Double Standard. The church on Franklin had a perfectly good NEW shingle roof on it and the City pulled it off and had a cedar shake roof installed. Talk about wasting money, and the church/condo building at the corner of Franklin was made to install a cedar shake roof as it was contributing, so how come the new fire house a half block away does not have to have cedar shake, and how did it get away with over 41 percent lot coverage?
