There is the widely used parking app chosen by almost all municipalities. Everyone is familiar with the it’s green and black stickers on meters with zone numbers. So why did Stone Harbor choose to put a prepaid meter system for municipal parking spaces that no one else uses and requires the public to set up another app on their cell phones just to park in Stone Harbor?
