As The Herald article states, the 36 year old who suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorders won't be charged with a bias crime against Candidate Alexander. However the picture in the article shows her emerging from a car. So this admittedly ill individual needs to have her driving privilege revoked because she drove herself to the site of the crime while suffering bipolar and schizoid events.
