So all these wonderful things Atlantic City Electric is going to do, how much is it going to cost us? And as for the new meters we are getting, my house was built almost 50 years ago and is all electric with baseboard heat. My wife and I are over 70 and live on Social Security. We do not qualify for "handout" programs and our savings is nearly gone. We have already given up TV and internet (thanks to library for their internet) going out for meals and entertainment. So, what do we do? Turn off the heat all day? Not pay for the medicines we need? Only eat once a day instead of twice?
