Prior to voters approving recreational cannabis use by 67%, we received Lenny's email telling us to vote against the ballot initiative. I was insulted then and I'm insulted now by his constant emails excoriating the legislation that was crafted to enact the voter's will, which he continually blames as handcuffing the police from getting rowdy teens under control. Rowdy teens are not a result of the cannabis legislation. He needs to stop conflating the two. Police can, in fact, within that law, round up said teens and contact their parents. It's called community policing.
