Do police in any of these townships of CMC patrol for traffic & bike violations? Dark mornings on the way to work these days, I passed two riders in neighboring townships. Neither had reflectors or lights. One was wearing all black, didn't see them until I was right on top of them. People constantly turning from stop signs without stopping. Not a care if they get hit or hit someone. It's ridiculous anymore, I'm almost afraid to drive. I'm either going to hit a rider in the dark, due to no lights/reflectors on the bike or I'm gonna be hit from someone who doesn't stop at the sign.
