Bail reform is a joke. Most people don’t even know what it is. No religious service offered at the county jail. Inmates going days without their meds. Food that is inedible even to a rat. Gov Murphy needs to investigate. You’ve got correctional officers taunting the inmates. Something needs to be done. Cape May county is known for cover ups. What a joke.
