Two years ago the City and the promoters let Carrie Underwood go on in a thunderstorm. I support live events, but they have to be safe. It is legal for Police to use License plate cameras. If they were up with signs at the 3 island entrances I do not think we would had the tragedy we did with H2O. Look how NYC did it.
