Please lower Township can you please keep the Porta Johns open on the bay in North Cape May. I saw a guy yesterday from my porch who went to use them and they were locked so he went behind the Porta Johns to relieve himself. This happens all the time when they’re either locked or not there. we see people go between the dunes. Very disgusting looking out your balcony. More people are using the sidewalk for their exercises in the morning and afternoon. it would really benefit everybody to keep these open year round
