Most of the murderers these days seem to be psychotics, a situation that goes back to the seventies, when the liberal Democrats released them into the streets to run amok among us. It is time we put these maniacs in a controlled environment where they belong, and only the Republicans seem to have the spine to get the job done. November is the best time to correct this problem.
