The quality of landscaping and public works in Avalon seems to surpass Sea Isle aside from having our dump manned during the week. A Sea Isle council member's company won the bid to service Avalon. So if there are some cost savings to be had for the taxpayer in Sea Isle, it might make sense for Sea Isle to similarly put contracts out to bid for landscaping services and then hold the contractor accountable who has the incentive to provide quality work in order to receive renewed contracts.
