I was driving on Shore Rd in No. Cape May, and I realize it is marked for bikes also. As I was driving the one biker moved right in front of my car making sure I could not go around him . I didn’t realize that bikers could take up the whole road like that, there were 2 of them! I thought it to be a shared road, he knew exactly what he was doing, bikers!
