Avalon ~ The Borough needs to eliminate parking dumpsters on the street. Some dumpsters are dark in color (gray) and blend-in with street asphalt. At most container companies provide only one (1) traffic control cone kissing the dumpster with no buffer zone. This past Saturday night 9/24 on the 300 block of 21St. street a car rolled/flipped to avoid hitting the dumpster by surprise. The width of these dumpsters prevents the flow of traffic in both directions demanding one vehicle to yield allowing the other to pass. This was a manufactured hazard waiting for an accident to happen and it did.
