To the Sea Isle Spouter who educated us with you explanation that “The municipality should have primary and excess liability insurance that would pay any judgement.” I believe that if this has been brought to the attention of the proper people and they didn’t do anything to stop it ,then the insurance carrier they use can deny the city and then the city is liable to pay all costs. But I’m not sure. Look at what happened in West Wildwood and ask their taxpayers how they feel.
