Entering the boardwalk this past Thursday I was immediately greeted by piles of fresh dog feces and an adult on a fat tire e-bike at max speed almost slamming into me. Aren't there cameras up there to observe these violators? Or are they rendered obsolete like the police here whose answer to all quality of life issues has become to tell these idiots to "chill", laugh with them and issue no tickets. Well after this past weekend we all see what that approach leads to.
