This is a PSA for all, however I would like to address a specific incident, at around 10:21am on 9-22-22. There was a male pushing a baby carriage in the fire zone in the area of "famous shoes and Michael's craft" stores in Rio Grande, that person "freaked out" as my truck approached, I would like to tell that individual that if he was using the sidewalk (the one that's big enough to land a small plane on) and maybe not be trying to use his phone in a high traffic area while pushing a baby carriage, then we might not have had an issue.
