A North Cape May Spouter thinks that Biden needs to take a cognitive test. The Spouter may be the gullible victim of videos purporting to show Biden slurring his speech or repeating himself. If so, the Spouter is ignorant of the fact that such videos are doctored and dishonest. One has to wonder: if the Spouter does blindly believe them, perhaps he/she is also one who believes everything he/she sees on tv ads, and thinks that "as seen on tv" is a guarantee of validity and truthfulness.
