I am not sure why the spouter from Avalon blames developers for the overgrowth in Avalon. They are in business to make money. If a town allows and approves construction, kudos for him to take every advantage to make a windfall. Like every good businessperson, the developer is interested in profits, not your peace and quiet. It’s not personal, it’s business.
