Why have a dog,when you just let the poor animal outside all the time and bark,over nothing? How can the neighboors sit and listen to this from 3 am til 11pm.And not call the LT Police.or Animal Control?Everyday the same thing.Thank god that I work most of the time.Come on neighbors stop hiding behind the curtains.
