Re: The Cape May complaint about the city workers starting well before 8 AM and their noise offends you. What a grouch!! The reason they start early is to make sure the Mall, Promenade, Streets and Rest Rooms are nice and clean for the residents and visitors that like to enjoy the beauty of Cape May early in the morning. Geez! Lighten up! Thank you, City Workers.
