I had mixed feelings about the proposal with the J1 Visa building by turning it into a hotel, which it seems to have been preplanned and built to be. But hearing of the revised plans, with the parking garage and bridge over Pacific Ave, it may work to the town's benefit for the revitalization of downtown Wildwood. In any case, the investment group is spending a ton of money and have to be recognized for that. I think they may make more money on the sale of the condos than a hotel, but that is their business, not mine.
