Why are we paying a Code Enforcement Officer $52,000.00 a year ? I have contacted his Office , for the past 2 yrs, concerning a deplorable property in my neighborhood . NOTHING has been done, and the condition only gets worse every year! Why should we, the tax payers, pay a salary to someone that does not do his job. Most people at least try to maintain their property and take pride in their homes. I have to look at this nightmare everyday. My question again, WHY do we pay $52,00.00 dollars for services not rendered???
