To the spouter complaining about the spending: 1) the new rateables you elude to have not been realized in the budget; 2) the sewer needs to be fixed, the broken sewer is part of the reason sewer bills have been so high; 3) the municipal vehicles were outdated and broken down, if you want rateables to continue to increase the town must look presentable. Take your Guldens mustard mentality elsewhere, this is becoming a Grey Poupon town.
