To the Sea Isle Public works employee who can’t go to the HR department? Why not aren’t they neutral and the department that would handle this problem? Isn’t that why this department exist and what they are paid to do? If there is a conflict take it to the Administration if you can’t go to HR. I’m sure the Administration will take look into it.
