If Mr. Mita has his way the City of Cape May will see terrible consequences. Density, overdevelopment, drain on resources etc. How about putting something down town that is family friendly for the average working man. My family has been year round residents since the early 70’s, I had a home in OC and left there because of overcrowding. Also, can you imagine the chaos a project of that magnitude will create in that tight area. God help Cape May.
