I am one of the baby boomers opposed to the Mita hotel project. The current Icona is unable to provide parking for its employees. They park on New Jersey and New York Avenues all summer, along with The Grand employees. Watch out if you live near the Convention Center. You won’t find a place to park ever since they will be open all year. Why doesn’t Mr. Mita use his property for a public parking lot. The town needs one.
