My reply to a Villas comment about Air B&B owners not wanting to rent to locals. You are absolutely right. My wife and I own 2 beautiful properties in the area and our biggest problems were when we rented to locals. They did not take care of our homes and several times we had to go to court and have the Sheriff remove the "Squatters". We rented our properties thru local realtors and still had issues with locals. Actually, the Sheriff's office has a "dead beat renters list". Amazing isn't it! Never again do we deal with locals. With Air B&B we have good renters that take care of our homes.
