The only change we need in Cape May is actual enforcement of the ordinances and laws already in place. Witnessed a young man texting on his e-bike, blew through a stop sign, entered the wrong lane of traffic and almost got t boned by a vehicle that properly stopped at Broadway, and simply didn't see this knucklehead. Don't wish bad on anyone, but helmets should be the least immediate action that the City or State of New Jersey should enforce.
