Here's a fact from someone who lived in Phila, 97% of the crime, shootings and drugs happen in Black neighborhoods, but yet it somehow gets blamed on whites and racism. Oh, then the other great word, "underserved" communities, Bull! If people don't help themselves, then what? The Black community leaders blame everyone else when they should be looking in the mirror.
