There was no weather emergency at 3:22am Monday April 18, 2022, so why did Lower Township send out a phone message which startled us in the middle of the night? How often can we look forward to these false alarms in the middle of the night? Nearly gave me a heart attack for nothing. We are owed a huge apology from L T.
