To the Spouter about the restrooms being 1/2 mile apart, those restrooms were supposed to be temporary over 10 yrs ago and still continue to be there. No one wants to see those yellow buildings. We want the City to elevate the promenade for coastal storms. The last thing we care about is you needing to do your business. P.s. no one really cares about the arches either. The building next to Convention Hall was supposed to be a public restroom, which never happened. Build up the promenade. Get rid of those comfort stations.
